SSL encryption
This website uses SSL encryption (“Secure Sockets Layer”) for security reasons. This means that transmitted data is protected and cannot be read by third parties. You can recognize successful encryption by the fact that the protocol name in the status bar of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and that a closed lock symbol is visible there.
Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. Cookies are used to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases. If you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be restricted.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Deletion of data
The data processed by us will be deleted or its processing restricted in accordance with Art. 17 and 18 GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations. If the data is not deleted because it is required for other and legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted. This means that the data is blocked and not processed for other purposes. This applies, for example, to data that must be retained for commercial or tax law reasons.
According to legal requirements in Switzerland, retention is carried out in accordance with Art. 958f CO. The retention obligation is generally 10 years (business books, accounting documents as well as the annual report and the audit report).
